Every time you visit one of our pages that contains functions of LinkedIn, a connection to LinkedIn’s servers is established. LinkedIn is informed that you have visited our website with your IP address. If you click on the “Recommend button” of LinkedIn and are logged into your LinkedIn account, LinkedIn is able to associate your visit to our website with you and your user account. Departer collects and uses your personal data exclusively within the scope of the German Datenschutzgrundverodnung (DSGVO). The employees and representatives of Departer are obliged to comply with data protection regulations. 3. Disclosure and use of personal data

The data is stored on German servers at our German IT service provider.

The data will not be passed onto other third parties, and in particular will not be transferred to third countries.

We use your personal data for the processing of your application and for the placement of a job with our interested parties and customers. Your data will also be transmitted to our interested parties and customers. If the data is passed on to third parties for the purpose of personnel placement, Departer has no influence on the storage, usage or deletion of this data by the third party; any data protection claims are therefore directed solely against the third party in this case.

4. Applicant pool

If you decide to be included in our applicant pool, all employees entrusted with filling vacancies can access your personal data in order to be able to offer you suitable job offers. You can join the applicant pool free of charge by registering and creating an applicant account and agreeing to the data protection provisions.

Inclusion in the applicant pool is based exclusively on your express consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO). The provision of consent is voluntary and is not related to the current application process. The person concerned can revoke his/her consent at any time. In this case, the data from the applicant pool will be irrevocably deleted, unless there are legal reasons for retention.

The data from the applicant pool will be irrevocably deleted no later than two years after consent has been given.
